Position Available: In-Home 24-hour Pet Euthanasia Veterinarian We are currently seeking a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care and hospice services for pets to join our team. This position involves offering flexible, in-home euthanasia services to support families during a challenging time.

Candidates must hold a current Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree and an active, unrestricted veterinary license in California.

Skills in small animal clinical practice, including gentle handling, physical examination, and safe administration of euthanasia medications, are required.

Proficiency in time management, scheduling, and organization to handle multiple home visits and maintain accurate medical records is crucial.

Comfort with driving throughout the San Diego Area and maintaining a professional mobile work environment is expected.

Sound ethical judgment, knowledge of local veterinary regulations, and adherence to best practices for controlled substance management are essential.

Experience in hospice or palliative veterinary care, previous in-home practice work, and familiarity with cremation or aftercare services are advantageous.
