CREW MEMBERS FOR ALL SHIFTS NEEDED

What you'll do

Families come in all shapes and sizes. And that includes the Wendy's family - the people you work with as a Wendy's Crew Member. Our founder Dave Thomas had three rules for everyone who works here: Do the right thing. Treat people with respect. Make food better than they'd expect from a fast food place. No doubt you do the first two already. We can teach you the third!

You will work in various positions: drive‑thru, grill, fry, and customer service. Handle a fast‑paced environment, stay positive, and keep the kitchen clean and organized.

What you bring to the table

Solid social skills – act with consideration and courtesy.

Monitor supplies and restock as needed.

Collaborate with crew and customers.

Accept and follow direction.

Show eagerness to learn and improve.

Resolve issues promptly.

Must be willing and able to

Stand and move for most — if not all — of your shift.

Lift up to 25–50 lbs. occasionally.

Handle weather related moments such as rain at the drive‑thru or outdoor trash removal.

Wear a headset and use restaurant equipment (register, grill, etc.).

Follow brand standards and guidelines.
