Join our healthcare partner's team in a unit that blends med/surg and intermediate care, where you'll have the chance to work with a diverse patient population. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in a supportive environment, with nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6. As a valued member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and respiratory services
Float to med/surg units as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic charting system
Experience with telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and rapid response teams
Ability to manage cardiac drips and perform tracheostomy care
