Responsible for washing all dishware, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of all dishware, utensils and equipment.
Follow established setup, breakdown and storage procedures in all kitchens.
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
Familiarity with general sanitation procedures
The primary language spoken is English.
Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
Food Handler

The work environment is characterized as a kitchen setting where standard kitchen equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The immediate work environment is smoke free; however a smoking environment does exist in the building.
