Mad Swans is looking for full-time, part-time and weekend Housekeepers to join our budding team. You’ll be the first person to step into these shoes and shape this brand-new role based at our second site: Can a cool new hotel near Bath really make golf fun for everyone?

For evenings that go on forever. And weekends that become folklore. Social play spanning Padel Tennis, Pickleball, Darts, Shuffleboard and Golf gives guests the chance to explore one game or sample them all, across a few hours, a day, or a long weekend. We’re all about great food, which is why we’ve teamed up with experts in their field to create two distinct dining experiences and endless ways to enjoy them. And, for evenings that go on forever, an Eco Cabin for the night is only a starlit walk through the wilderness away.

Cleaning and re-setting Cabins
Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, escalating to the Housekeeping Manager, if necessary
Building rapport with regular guests, fostering a welcoming and loyal customer base
Although this role is predominantly working inside Cabins, our Housekeepers will also be required to be outside as they move between and service each Cabin throughout the day.
Although the Housekeeping Team will primarily oversee the Cabins and Bedrooms, there will also be some housekeeping duties in the main buildings and other areas of the property.
There are a number of full-time, part-time and weekend positions. Full time positions will work any five days out of seven. Earnings are £11.65/hour to £13.50/hour, including TRONC (Tips & Service Charge), and are depending on age.
Working Hours – shift times will vary throughout the week; Working Days – your working days will depend on if you work full-time, part-time or weekend. Full-time members of the team will be required to work any five days out of seven and will involve working on weekends on a regular basis. We Are Looking For Housekeepers Who Are
