Proper and hygienic fabrication of proteins and seafood.
Ensuring that food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
Maintaining inventory of all proteins in-house and supplies.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to properly prepare protein and menu items.
Setting up and stocking the kitchen with all necessary supplies.
Producing menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team.
Ensuring that all nutrition and sanitation standards are followed.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
