We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care.How You'll Lead CareAs an RN Supervisor, you help keep resident care consistent, safe, and person-centered by guiding the shift team and coordinating clinical priorities. Key responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care aligned to individualized care plans; overseeing resident care to meet standards of practice and state/federal regulations; supervising CNAs (assigning work, coaching, onboarding/training, and addressing performance); monitoring condition changes and administering medications/treatments as ordered; partnering with physicians and the interdisciplinary team; educating residents and families; and helping maintain a clean, safe environment.Active, unencumbered RN licenseLong-term care/skilled nursing/geriatric experience (preferred)Strong clinical judgment, communication, and a patient-centered approachComfort prioritizing in a fast-paced settingIf you're ready to lead with purpose and serve with kindness, we'd love to review your application.A Shift, Up CloseYou'll start by getting a clear picture of the unit-quick updates, a look at priorities, and a plan for smooth coverage.
