Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Medical-Surgical Telemetry – Wisconsin Start Date: October 12, 2026
Schedule: Day/Night rotation, 12-hour shifts (0700-1930 and 1900-0730), every other weekend rotation and holidays as needed. Rotators will not be scheduled to flip between days/nights more than 2 times in a 6-week scheduling period, with 36 hours off between night-to-day transitions.

Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric patients with a variety of conditions under Family Medicine service
Unit census of approximately 20 patients daily with 25 rooms available
EPIC charting system in use; comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
Specialized locked wing for Department of Corrections patients with dedicated officer accompaniment for safety
Flexible scheduling approach designed to minimize excessive day/night rotation transitions
Active RN license required
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry specialty
EPIC charting experience required
Must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start date with strict passing criteria (80% minimum score, 100% accuracy on lethal rhythms and third-degree heart blocks)
Experience with telemetry interpretation, dysrhythmia management, central line care, wound care, PCA pumps, and isolation precautions preferred
Floating to other units as needed; local candidates within 50 miles not eligible
Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
