Are you a BC/BE Endocrinologist seeking a predictable, clinic-only permanent role in the rapidly growing Phoenix West Valley? West Valley Endocrinology is seeking a general Endocrinologist (MD or DO) to join their in-person outpatient practice in Goodyear, Arizona. Offering standard 8-hour day shifts, comprehensive metabolic care, eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR, and full visa support, this growth-oriented practice provides an exceptional long-term opportunity in the Southwest.
The Opportunity Step into a thriving outpatient endocrine practice, diagnosing and managing complex hormonal and metabolic conditions across a growing regional patient panel.

Clinical Scope: Deliver comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care, including:
Diagnosing and managing diabetes, thyroid conditions, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic disorders
Developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring ongoing therapy, and providing patient education
Documenting patient care and order entry via eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR

Full-time permanent position featuring standard 8-hour daytime clinic shifts .
Work Environment: 100% in-person outpatient clinic practice ( clinic-only growth role ).
Visa Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are welcomed and accepted.
Degree & Training: MD or DO; completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Fellowship.
Active, unencumbered Arizona State Medical License or IMLC qualification.
