What You'll Do

Assist customers with parts identification, availability, and ordering

Provide solution-based recommendations based on equipment needs

Process orders, quotes, and invoices with a high level of accuracy

Maintain and manage inventory levels and organization

Work closely with service technicians and operations teams

Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution

Ensure all transactions and documentation are accurate and complete

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Expected Outcomes (KPI's)

High level of accuracy in order processing and parts identification

Strong customer satisfaction and timely response to requests

Efficient handling of multiple priorities and inquiries

Well-organized and accurate inventory management

Positive contribution to team performance and branch operations

Background & Experience

Experience in parts, automotive, industrial, or material handling preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Experience with inventory systems or ERP systems is a plus
