Movement Physio and Wellness is a boutique, holistic pelvic health physical therapy clinic in Arvada, CO supporting people struggling with pelvic floor conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum, and perimenopause issues. We are a fully cash-pay practice with 60 minute treatments 1:1 with the patient without techs or aids.

Here at Movement Physio and Wellness we are looking for a full‑time Pelvic Health PT to join our small, passionate team. You'll evaluate and treat adult patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, orthopedic pain, and spine and hip conditions — using a whole-body assessment. We want someone who is creative, an excellent communicator, and willing to look outside the pelvic floor for potential root causes. We believe doing internal work is necessary to get a true assessment of the pelvic floor, and we also believe being a successful pelvic floor therapist is way more than prescribing Kegels and pelvic floor stretches. You must take a full body assessment of all the systems: musculoskeletal, neurological, visceral, and somatic, to be an excellent pelvic PT at our clinic!

Treating a rich mix of pelvic health (leakage, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum, perimenopause, male pelvic health) and orthopedic conditions

Integrating manual therapy, internal work, visceral mobilization, Pilates, strength equipment, and patient education into your treatment plans

Communicating with patients their plan of care and expectations for how they will progress thru pelvic floor therapy

Participating in mentorship and staff training to always provide the latest evidence based practice.

New to pelvic floor PT? We offer a structured 3‑month onboarding mentorship, monthly 1‑on‑1 sessions with the clinic owner, and weekly team mentorship built into your schedule. We also find our therapists thrive here that have been PTs in an insurance based practice and are sick of seeing 18‑20 patients a day.
