Summary The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to support warehouse operations by receiving materials, putting them away in the correct locations, and picking items as needed. This position helps keep materials moving smoothly between the warehouse and production areas to ensure workstations remain stocked and production can continue without interruption.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, unload trucks, and open containers. Verify, label, and log incoming and outgoing goods using basic computer or tablet tools. Stock shelves and put materials away in assigned locations. Pick materials for orders, work orders, or production requests. Move materials throughout the facility using approved material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, tuggers) or by hand. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for material rotation. Assist with inventory counts and report material shortages when needed. Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills Basic reading and writing skills. Basic computer skills for logging transactions on a tablet or PC. Ability to safely operate common material-handling equipment (training provided if needed).

Basic Requirements High school diploma or GED. Ability to obtain certification to operate material-handling equipment (such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or tuggers).
