Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations that include abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
Work side by side with radiologists and referring physicians to generate high-quality diagnostic images
Manage and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality within the electronic medical system
Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound imaging technologies and protocols
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred
Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
