Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area. This is a physician-led group surrounded by excellent support, financial stability, and a focus on patient and provider wellness. A description of our clinics:

Mon-Fri with limited call (shared call: phone call consult only)
Medical Assistants, network of specialists, lab/imaging, and clinical support staff provided
Clinical responsibilities to include an adult patient population, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest
Interested in Adult or Geriatric patient populations
Board certified or eligible in Family Med, Internal Med or Geriatric Medicine

Relocation assistance + $50,000 starting bonus
