Cleaning Attendant (Evening/Night Cleaning)

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, communicating product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
Ensure store meets quantitative measures of performance. Achieve personal sales goals and other goals as determined by Retail Management
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
Aid customers in locating merchandise
Communicate customer requests to management
Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts
Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandise
Uphold maintenance and housekeeping standards along with day to day opening and closing cleaning procedures
Ensure stock is tagged with proper SKUs
Watch for potential shortage through prompt receipt of shipments and servicing of customers. Achieve personal sales goals and other goals when applicable as determined by the Retail Management
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping duties
Aid customers in locating merchandise
Communicate customer requests to management
Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts
Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandise
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Prefer previous experience in retail sales and operations, with a proven record of effective performance
Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents and guests, staff and peers
Ability to operate all boutique computer or sales register equipment necessary to perform the job
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with associates and customers.
Experience in retail operations, with a proven record of effective performance
Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
