You will manage incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the service department.

Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the service department.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.

Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately.

Maintain organized records of customer information and service requests.

Coordinate with service technicians and management to facilitate timely service.

Assist with general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding service processes and pricing.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

Proficiency with computers and basic office software.

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

Competitive hourly wage of $15.75, paid bi-weekly.
