Client Support Rep Senior

Our client , a luxury leather goods brand , is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join the team onsite at their boutique in Palm Beach, FL . The ideal candidate has true luxury retail experience, preferably with leather goods.

This is a full-time permanent position starting ASAP. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Maintain store standards and support events, appointments, and brand values

3+ years experience in luxury retail or client‑focused environments preferred

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Appreciates quality, craftsmanship, and excellence

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation including incentive pay, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, details of which will be provided during the hiring process.
