Quality Compliance Checker

You'll play a vital role in our Quality team by:

• Verify gages are mastered and set as required before and during production operation.
• Log all measurements for product on to the Log Sheet based on frequency as instructed for product type and Customer.
• Make sure all First and Last Article inspections are conducted as required.
• Ensure that material for order is correct as described on the work order.
• Alert Foreman and Gage Lab of any concerns regarding performance of gaging or measurement instruments.
• Assist in training of other inspectors.
• Note: This role involves work outdoors with responsibilities that involve being outside for extended periods in a range of weather conditions, from warm to cooler temperatures.

Three (3) years previous experience in threading processes, quality control, FVI experience preferred.

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading, shop math, geometry, trigonometry, and final visual inspections.
