Licensed Architect (Ultra-Luxury Residential), Miami, FL ($150k-$200k plus $10k bonus)

We are a premier luxury real estate development firm specializing in ultra-high-end custom estates in exclusive communities throughout South Florida. Our portfolio includes waterfront mansions, architecturally significant residences, and world-class luxury properties built to the highest standards of craftsmanship and design.

We're hiring a mid-level Licensed Architect to lead the design and execution of custom luxury single-family residences. You'll work directly with principals, clients, consultants, and contractors to produce homes that are architecturally distinctive, technically rigorous, and built to last. This is a hands-on role with significant project ownership - not a production seat.

Lead design across all phases: programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration

Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings for custom single-family homes

Collaborate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and interior design consultants to coordinate a complete set of documents

Manage the permitting process with local jurisdictions, including zoning, HOA, and code review

Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction administration through project close-out

Maintain project budgets, schedules, and design quality across multiple concurrent projects

Stay current on building codes, materials, sustainability practices, and luxury residential trends

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Demonstrated portfolio of high-end residential work - ground-up custom homes, ideally in the $3M+ construction cost range

• Proficiency in Revit (required), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion or equivalent rendering tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep working knowledge of the Florida Building Code, including high-velocity hurricane zone requirements where applicable
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing design quality or schedule control
