Provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans

Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols
