Bartender, Swing Shift

The Bartender mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's recipe specifications as well as serves food to guests in a courteous and timely manner. The Bartender fosters a culture aligned with the TSFR Roadmap, including Our Core Purpose, Vision, Mission and Core Values.

Adhere to all local and national liquor laws

Mix and serve drinks following set Applebee's recipes

Use bar tools to avoid bar waste and help maintain bar costs

Restock product at the beginning and end of every shift including cutting and/or slicing of product for the garnish bin

2 years of experience in a bar or similar environment preferred

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guests' expectations

~ Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
