Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour on W2
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Distribution Center (DC) operations and manage supply chain activities within a 3PL warehouse environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth operational flow, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support efficient warehouse operations
Monitor daily DC activity and implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow
Communicate effectively with multiple sites, internal teams, and external partners
Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movement
rrange special or expedited shipments as needed to meet business requirements
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
Track, collect, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Generate reports by consolidating data from multiple Excel sources
Must Have
Strong knowledge of Client Excel (data consolidation, reporting, analysis)
Understanding of supply chain and logistics networks, particularly within a 3PL environment
bility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Client Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Previous experience in distribution center or warehouse operations
Experience working with transportation providers and logistics partners
Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
