Concorde Battery Georgia Corporation manufactures aircraft batteries. We opened the doors at our Georgia facility in 2014, located just outside of west Atlanta. We've actually been in business on the west coast for over 40 years and continue to grow to meet the needs of our customers. Concorde Battery Georgia Corporation is currently looking for a driven candidate to participate in the cleanliness of the facility. Successful candidate will receive the day to day instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor. A keen eye for attention to detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance. The candidate will be given hands on training by the supervisor and colleagues. This position has an ideal work schedule, only first shift hours and overtime available dependent on customer demand. Ensure employees are prepared for the next day by stocking locker room, taking out trash, and cleaning all surfaces.
Gather soiled uniforms and place into laundry bags.
Gather respirators and wash them using the industrial respirator wash machine.
Occasional seasonal outdoor work (yard maintenance and snow shoveling).
Drive floor scrubber.
Wearing a respirator and other required personal protective equipment (PPE).
participate in safety training/practices.
Maintain a clean work area and follow company hygiene guidelines.
Communicate to supervisor when detecting defective equipment.
Work with and around hazardous materials.
Read, write, and speak English
Monday Friday 6:00am 2:30pm
