Working autonomously, the RN accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a case manager to plan and implement and evaluate the care for HBO, Wound Care, and Ostomy clients according to age-specific criteria The RN works within the State Practice Act and follows all Wound Care Center and hospital policies and procedures.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****Education:** Associates Degree in Nursing is required**Licensure**: Current Georgia RN License in Good Standing BLS CPR required**Experience:** Two years’ experience in an acute care setting preferred. Ambulatory care experience desirable.**Skills:**BLS certification required**Physical, Mental, Environmental and Working Conditions**Works in outpatient clinic and acute health care setting with adult, neonates, pediatric, adolescents and geriatric patients experiencing a wide range of wound and ostomy related medical problems.
