Investigate field returns and internal failures to determine root cause
Lead corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues
Analyze data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain
Support development of testing methods, fixtures, and documentation

A successful Quality Engineer should have:
Bachelor's degree
Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and visualization
Ability to create SOPs and quality documentation
Hands-on role working directly with real product failures and fixes
Opportunity to build expertise in mechanical systems and diagnostics
Strong cross-functional exposure across engineering, ops, and supply chain
