Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

Deliver assigned clinical education content to impacted staff
Support education for core staff, travelers, contract labor, and interdisciplinary team members
Provide unit-based rounding, reinforcement, and just-in-time coaching
Document education completion accurately and timely
Support night shift, weekend, and hard-to-reach colleague education
Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

RN license
Experience in nursing education, clinical teaching, or competency validation
Comfort with using education tracking tools, dashboards, LMS platforms, or competency checklists (training/orientation available)
Familiarity with high-risk education, regulatory readiness, quality/safety initiatives, or survey response work (training/orientation available)
