Job Overview
Manage all aspects of the care and cleaning of guest, staff and management laundry. Work with the dry-cleaning vendor to ensure that all items are taken care of according to brand standards.
Duties And Responsibilities

Operate equipment necessary to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold and package guest laundry and dry cleaning, employee clothing and uniforms.
Log, tag and package guest and employee clothing and uniforms.
Iron and fold guest room and Food & Beverage flat work.
Pick up from and deliver to guest rooms and uniforms room all clothing which is in need of cleaning or has been cleaned.
Maintain an acceptable state of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire work area.
Collect and issue uniforms.
Assist in the pickup and delivery process of the hotel's linen and terry. Weigh and inventory of carts and track discarded materials.
Conduct monthly uniform and laundry inventories.
Knowledge of sewing, measurements, pressing and finishing of both guest and staff garments.
