Job Title Systems Administrator II
Location Eden Prairie, MN
Job Description Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of technology and business consulting services. We are looking for a highly motivated Systems Administrator II to join our team. The role focuses on implementing, administering, and optimizing IAM/PAM solutions, managing user access, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities Configure and manage IAM tools.
Develop documentation and monitoring procedures for IAM.
Support multi‑factor authentication (MFA) and single sign‑on (SSO) implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine access policies.
Analyze security requirements, develop reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Contribute to the broader IAM strategy.
Qualifications Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID).
Proficient with authentication protocols: SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML.
In‑depth knowledge of security protocols (SSH, TLS, etc.).
Experience with PAM solutions (Keeper, Secret Server).
Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Sailpoint, Azure AD, PAM).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus.
Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or related work experience.
3-5 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity roles.
