As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will manage the entire client journey—from initial outreach and relationship building to enrollment and ongoing client support.
You will connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual meetings, learn about their needs, educate them on available solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process with professionalism and care.

Client Outreach & Relationship Building
Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings
Educate clients on available insurance solutions
Help clients make informed decisions with confidence
Full-Cycle Sales Management
Manage the sales process from initial contact through enrollment
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the sales journey
Pipeline & Activity Management
Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities
Track activities, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools
Consistently manage priorities and sales activities
Participate in training and development opportunities
Continuously improve communication and sales skills
This role offers strong performance-based earning potential. Top performers can expect to earn between $80,000 and $150,000 annually , with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance, consistency, and client growth.
Insurance license is required
