LCSW CARE Clinic

Overview Licensed Clinical Social Worker: We are a behavioral health organization providing residential and outpatient services for individuals with complex and chronic mental illness. Our programs focus on high standards of care in residential and clinical treatment across multiple California counties.
We are seeking therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to provide supervised outpatient-level clinical services, including assessments, individual, family and group therapy (including equine therapy where applicable), case management, crisis intervention, and linkage for adults with severe and persistent mental illness living in enriched residential care facilities.
Responsibilities Manage a caseload of clients (e.g., 25 clients) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, licensed therapists, nurses, lead clinicians, and rehabilitation counselors.
develop effective treatment and behavioral plans to achieve personal goals, including reducing unnecessary hospitalization where possible.
Perform regular risk assessments and implement safety planning.
Provide weekly and as-needed individual therapy to clients and families; Provide linkage and case management; Contribute to maintaining a therapeutic and welcoming outpatient clinic environment; provide on-call support to residential facility staff and clients as needed.
Qualifications Be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
Commitment to providing high-quality service and a positive attitude.
Experience in behavioral health or residential care is preferred.
95,000 - $120,000 per year, with opportunities for higher pay.
Flexible scheduling, including weekend and evening hours if desired.
Education stipend/reimbursement up to $2,500 per year; annual bonus and referral incentives.
