Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes while helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence.
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools
Structured onboarding and mentorship
Ongoing clinical training and skills development
