Evening Hotel Housekeeper/Laundry

The piece work housekeeper will professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties, performing thorough cleaning including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and moving furniture to ensure every surface sparkles. The position involves creating welcoming environments by handling laundry, restocking amenities, maintaining hot tubs (training provided), and identifying any maintenance needs or damages. Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.
Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is preferred but not required
Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!
Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
Piece rate (ranging between $36 and $225 per unit; average of $81 per unit)

• $17.50 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.

We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
Regular travel within the locally assigned market and / or region market dependent.
