Will have a general knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products. Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner and directs calls. Leads the lobby experience for each Guest, following Outback hospitality standards. As a Servers Assistant, you will be assisting guests and supporting Servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift. Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral.
