Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Washington Registered Nurse License
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
• 1 year of Progressive Care/ Intermediate Care Nursing experience.
