What a Caregiver Does As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you provide hands-on support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Building meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship

Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping

Assisting with walking, dressing, bathing, and daily personal care

Documenting care provided and communicating updates with the care team

Caregiver Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older

Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance

Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level
