What You'll Be Doing Working as part of a nationwide labor and employment team, you will guide employers through administrative proceedings and employment-related disputes from intake through resolution. Drafting persuasive position statements and related submissions
Responding to requests from administrative agencies
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of a matter
Participating in virtual mediations and settlement negotiations
This role is focused on counseling and administrative matters and does not include litigation or business development obligations. D. from an accredited law school
At least six years of labor and employment law experience
Experience handling administrative agency matters and employment-related disputes
Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Is comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision
Enjoys drafting, analysis, and strategic problem-solving
Values flexibility and meaningful work over traditional law firm demands
