Seven Healthcare are seeking an RN with hospice experience to join our team in Clarksburg, WV. This is a travel assignment focusing on providing care to terminally ill patients in their homes or nursing facilities. The successful candidate will be operating in a supportive work environment, ensuring compassionate care across multiple counties.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice

Provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients
Conduct 5-6 patient visits per day
Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate record maintenance
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and adjust care plans

Requirements of the RN - Hospice

Current WV license
BLS certification
At least 1 year of hospice experience
