Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Therapy Clinics
TactStaff
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to adult home health patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Conduct therapy sessions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care.
Document all clinical interactions accurately using EMR systems within 24 hours of service.
Travel to patient homes up to 75 miles from the clinic to deliver therapy services.
Collaborate with team members during periodic office meetings and maintain compliance with agency protocols.
Hold a current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist.
Possess at least 1 year of recent adult home health experience.
Willing to travel up to 75 miles and accept patients regardless of distance.
Enhance clinical skills through diverse home health cases.
