Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice Attorney Location: Up to $175,000 base salary + profit sharing + year-end bonus

Our client, a highly regarded plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its growing team in White Plains, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator looking to take on meaningful, high-impact cases with a firm that offers strong earning potential, partnership track opportunities, and a collaborative culture.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have substantial plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience, including first-chair trial experience, and the ability to independently manage complex cases from inception through resolution and appeal.

Handle all phases of plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation from intake through trial and appeal
Develop case strategy and conduct legal research and analysis
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery demands/responses, and other litigation documents
Communicate effectively with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the court
Manage a full caseload independently while maintaining high-quality advocacy and client service

Significant plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation experience required
Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage complex litigation matters
Passion for plaintiff advocacy and securing justice for injured clients
