Title Dental receptionist / admin

Communicate treatment plans and financial options to patients clearly and professionally

Process payments, co‑pays, and other financial transactions accurately

Maintain and update patient records using practice management software

Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly

Support front‑office administrative tasks (filing, faxing, record requests)

Uphold HIPAA and office confidentiality and compliance standards

Salary Range full-time $18 - $21 per hour

Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental front desk or dental office administrative experience

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Demonstrated experience with insurance verification and patient financial transactions

Proficient with computers and common office software; experience with dental practice management systems preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant office/medical administrative training a plus

Preferences Bilingual (Spanish) or other language skills to support a diverse patient base

Prior experience with specific dental software (e.g., Experience in treatment plan development/coordination and insurance claim follow‑up

Formal customer service or medical administrative certification
