Our client is currently seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal/ Legal Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Obtain, organize, and maintain both physical and digital files.
Draft, review, edit, and distribute case related documents.
Act as witness for document signing.
Translate attorney notes into comprehensive documents.
Previous experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal or a Legal Assistant is required.
An associates degree or a paralegal certificate would be preferred.
A strong understanding of real estate transfers and estate planning documentation.
