Position Summary This role serves as the central coordination point for a team of 20 drivers (CDL and Box Truck) within a unionized manufacturing environment. Unlike high-volume logistics operations, this position supports a moderate, steady delivery schedule with a focus on consistency, service, and compliance rather than continuous high-volume dispatching. This role is well-suited for someone who values a structured environment, predictable workflow, and strong team collaboration.
