What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans based on each client’s needs, goals, and progress.

Lead and support a team of RBTs, providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing guidance to ensure high-quality treatment implementation.

Conduct assessments, analyze client data, and make clinically appropriate treatment modifications based on progress and outcomes.

Bonus structure: $7,000–$18,000 annual individual bonus opportunity, paid monthly
