Journeyman Electrician

ArchKey is a privately held specialty trade installation and integrated facility services company.

Hourly rate: $43.02 per hour.

Incentive pay: $100 per day Monday‑Friday, $150 per day Saturday‑Sunday.

Per diem: $100 per day (non‑taxed) for candidates with a GPS radius of 100 miles or more from the job site.

Requires a state Journeyman License; This role will eventually join the Local IBEW Union.

Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to local and national electrical codes.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions or equipment failures on‑site.

Plan layout and installation of electrical systems for construction or renovation projects.

Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on electrical components and systems.

Test electrical systems using specialized tools (voltmeters, oscilloscopes, ammeters, etc.).

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate work completion.

Document all work performed, including repairs, replacements, and system updates.

Provide field reports and recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.

Has field experience as an electrician on large projects.

Holds a state journeyman license.

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 to 3 years of industry experience performing work in the field setting.

Dedicated team player with strong customer service orientation.
