As a Caregiver, at The Pines of Richfield , you’ll assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure they receive the highest level of care. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule

Shifts Available:

Days (Every Other Weekend) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Evenings (Every Other Weekend)3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Location: 400 West 67th Street, Richfield, MN 55423

Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Document care provided in a computerized charting system.

Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being.

Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.

Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required!

Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion.

Must be at least 18 years old.
