Responsibilities Source qualified candidates from various job board accounts, LinkedIn, and social media channels

Conduct phone pre-screen interviews to assess skills, interest, and fit

Schedule formal interviews with the District Recruiting Manager and prepare candidates for next steps

Manage the recruiting pipeline inside our CRM

Help evolve our recruiting outreach, messaging, and engagement tactics

Requirements Prior recruiting or sales experience preferred, but not required if you have the drive and can communicate well

Strong communication and phone skills

Comfortable learning software and CRM systems

Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not required
