Senior Technical Sourcer, Recruiting

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you are responsible for full‑cycle recruitment of candidates across a broad spectrum of roles at different levels. These could include a range from the leadership level to higher‑volume mid‑level, to early‑career level roles. Accountabilities include sourcing and screening candidates, acting as an advisor and partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing detailed assessments for candidates, and recommending offer amounts using offer tools and processes. You will manage the presentation, selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in making a hire. Collaborate with recruiting team members in proactive sourcing strategies that are successful.

Telephone interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates and processes, using behavior‑based interview and assessment techniques.

Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations.

Collaborate with hiring manager, HRBP, and other key partners to build competitive offers, utilizing tools, benefits, and compensation. Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Proactively drive process improvements and tools enhancement of recruiting services and operations.

Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit alignment, work with hiring managers to build an overall understanding of position requirements, department goals, and organization business plan.

Assist hiring manager in evaluating candidates, offer negotiation, and overall process troubleshooting—including review and consultation of internal salary reference points, market compensation tables, and market intelligence to recommend offer package components.

Conduct market‑based compensation research across industries and geographies, benchmark executive compensation structures, incentives, and long‑term alignment mechanisms, and provide structured input on positioning strategy for candidates.

Influence partners to contribute to the best solutions while using recruitment knowledge.

Translate external opportunities into internally actionable briefs and frame risks, trade‑offs, and structural considerations for executive review. Work closely with supporting team members, technology strategist, sourcers, and coordinators to establish successful recruitment processes.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

10+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, 2+ years of management/executive level recruitment preferred.

In‑depth recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast‑paced, vibrant environment.

Demonstrable track record to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.

Shown ability to function/recruit on a national, multi‑site scale.

Must be organized, focused, and work with a drive to excel.
