NOW HIRING Cashier/Server

This position is responsible for creating and serving food & beverages in the Caf, maintaining Cafe cleanliness and to provide the highest level of Customer Service and Hospitality.

Greet customers as they enter and exit the Caf

Create and serve food and beverage items

Operate cash register, process payments through cash or credit card handling and/or member account charges

Maintain a clean, safe work environment according to State and Local food safety standards

provide exceptional customer service

Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training

Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response

Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings

Ability to read/understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, Associates, members, and the general public.

Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Minimum one (1) year of Customer Service experience (food service industry experience preferred)

Food Safety certified

Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities
