Job Details:

• Weekly Gross: $2,266.00/wk (Based on 40 hrs schedule / Negotiable)
• Location: Grand Junction, CO
• Shift: Days (Mon – Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Scheduled Hours: 40 Hrs/Week
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: PACE / Outpatient Clinic & Home Health (Therapy Gym, Day Center, Patient Homes – requires local travel)

Requirements:

• Active CO Occupational Therapist License
• Current NBCOT Registration
• Minimum 2–3 Years of OT Experience (Geriatric/elderly care experience required)
• Current BLS Certification Medlivo Therapy Job ID #26-42677. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
