Event Bartender

Proof of the Pudding has spent the past four decades providing innovative menus, services, design expertise and event experiences to clients in Sports & Entertainment. We are partnered with the Phillies providing elevated food service in the Press/Media area and Executive Dining location. We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join the Proof of the Pudding team at Citizens Bank Park.

This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by events.

Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.

Sets bar up in a timely manner.

Communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.

Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.

Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.

Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.

Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.

High school diploma, GED or equivalent; additional certification in mixology or hospitality is a plus

• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
• Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client's needs.

The ability to work alone and as a team.

Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community, and the Proof of the Pudding team.

The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of Chase Stadium.

Prolonged periods of moving through an event space, and traveling throughout the stadium.

Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.

Dedication - Dependable, reliable and follows through on projects from inception to completion. Use equipment and materials properly. Comply with safety standards and personal protective equipment requirements. Report potential unsafe conditions or practices to appropriate person immediately. Promote restaurant safety, cleanliness and security compliance at all times.
